After visiting five parks in four short days, we had a very nice dinner at The Grand Floridian hotel and spa. Narcuzzi's Restaurant was set right on the lake, overlooking the fireworks show above Cinderella's castle at the Magic Kingdom.

Eric performed the perfect "on-one-knee" proposal, complete with an engagement necklace -since Jodi's hand was too swollen to wear the ring!
